These days we are facing a fantastic end of Summer. This is not good for some reasons while for some others is. Remember when recently I showed you éS solution for cold and rainy days? Accel Explorer, the Winterized version of the classic skate shoe called Accel, won’t be on my feet soon with such weather but the good part is that… I can wear the tee from the same Explorer pack without a jacket.
éS not only provides skateboard footwear that backs up the skating of Niner and Mob Grip team manager Kelly Hart and Canadian skate technician Wade Desarmo: the brand includes in its proposal sharp apparel items that an’t wait for the next skate session. Like I showed you in the past, you can wear an éS anorak rather than a pair of éS cargo joggers to make you enjoy your skating to the fullest. Today our spotlights are pointed towards Digi Map t-shirt, part of the same Explorer pack I told you above. Made of soft spun cotton jersey, this tee has been preshrunk to minimize wear and tear when you wash it.
Here I see that the graphic leitmotiv of Menikmati video is back. The worldwide diffusion of the brand, to serve and protect skateboarding in every continent, is a theme that éS made its own and I couldn’t agree more. I can’t forget that through skateboarding I got accepted by the French community and I lived in Paris for two years in 2002, making a bunch of friends because of skateboarding.
The detail that sets this tee apart from Menikmati tee that I posted here not long ago is the color choice: if the skate video had a color palette based on black white and red, here deep orange takes over red. It’s safe to think that considering the outdoor inspiration of Explorer Pack, éS opted for orange to better get along with olive green parkas and camouflage jackets.
Complete with its red woven label stitched on the sleeve, Digi Map t-shirt will make you welcome to every spot on the planet. You’d better be a rad skater, then! Cop it directly from éS website in case your skateshop doesn’t carry it (but feel free to skate around the world while you look for it…)
