Obey ● Easy Pant

After scratching my head trying to come up with something new to get my readers attention, an ill vision took shape: a pant special to last the whole week, entirely shoot in my house.

These days it is under everyone eyes that the good ole pair of denim jeans is not crisp like it once was: the sweatpant or jogger alternative is much more appealing. My intention therefor is to give you the picture of the contemporary situation with five pants, very different one from the other.

What better way to start this special than with an Obey pant? As soon as I saw this style I felt its potential so I had to include it in my selection. Easy Pant is its name and retro outdoor is the game. With its clean grid pattern this style has a subtle game strategy: it could belong to the collection of some major sporting goods company but there is Shepard Fairey supervision behind it. This means that its nylon fabric wouldn’t have been this shiny and its fit would have been too large or too tight.

With the goal to look as outdoor as it gets, stylewise, this pant has elastic hem and waist to maximize the comfort and a shade of royal blue that is captivating, ready to be worn with other items of Obey collection with accents of the same shade of blue.

But the above mentioned strategy revolves around pairing it with the right colors. A sherpa jacket with a color palette from brown to creme would be suitable for the job but even your favorite denim jacket is an ideal complement.

Its branding is on the back pocket, whose rubber label stands out boldly to tell the world that this paint contains the leg of a (r)evolutionary type. Time for you to revolutionize your closet if all you wear are the same two denim pants since 2004: don’t tell me that you want to be left off the grid…
Obey section on Blakshop is waiting for you and I will wait for you here tomorrow, with the second pant of the week.
