Supra – Ellington Vulc by Blue Distribution

If there is somebody in this skateboard world that I truly admire, that must be Erik Ellington. While other pros put mad pressure on themselves to become a role model and impress the kids, our man couldn’t care less. According to the principle “real recognize real” those in the know can never have too much of Ellington footage: its trademark laid back style is often imitated but never duplicated. You can’t say the same about its Supra pro model. It has been duplicated by Ellington himself when, after skating a few of the vulcanized models of his shoe sponsor, he thought about putting a radical change to the design of his Supra Ellington as follows: what if I cut the cupsole off and I put a vulcanized sole on? The result is a skateboard shoe whose sensibility will meet the expectations of many skateboarders that want to feel their deck. The Ellington Vulc in the hands of Jennifer N doesn’t care about marketing gimmicks: it’s a mid top that looks great in its “all black everything” style. The Suprafoam insole gives confort and it assures protection with its extra padding in the heel area. Its one piece toe cap made of suede is designed with nothing but skateboarding in mind. That’s why this pro model belongs to the Supra Crown Coalition program: you can only get it at selected shops whose mission is to keep the skateboard scene alive. This shoe is available from tomorrow so you already know what to do: get in touch with Blue Distribution and ask them the list of the Crown Coalition shops…
